Hello, I am Akanksha Chandele, a Psychologist. I have been working as a mental health professional in the Delhi/NCR region for the past several years. Trained in trauma therapy and family therapy, I have worked closely with vulnerable children and their families for over 2 years. Having been associated with reputed hospitals like Moolchand Medcity, Fortis Escorts and VIMHANS. I have gained a varied experience in the field of child and adult psychotherapy. With a great emphasis on positive mental well-being, I use art, meditation and hypnotherapy as part of her practice. I have developed and conducted several training workshops with numerous schools on issues related to mental health and life skills and has also co-authored published manuals in the area of child protection and well-being.
stress is slow poison it damages your health, makes you mentally, physically sick. Stress comes uninvited. Lets talk and kill this. Stress comes irrespective of your age. A school going kid, office going lady or anybody can have stress. And it is really not at all a tough job to be stress free you just need a helping hand at times.
